I want to buy Metro Awaking. but can only be pre-ordered. therefore also cheaper. How are the refund if they have been pre-ordered?
Does the return period start with the purchase? or only when it has been downloaded?

the return period starts with the purchase - note; with purchase, not with pre-order.

If you pre-order the game now, you won't be charged immediatly, but at the time the game is released.

That's the point of purchase and the start of the refund period.
