Preorder NOT delivered after 2 months

So i have decided to spend 550€ on a meta quest 3 and preordered it during the event on 27 Sep. and still didn’t receive it.

yes i have asked, multiple times, more than 10 emails, calls and chats. specialist team is on it they said.. I will be carefully watching this and will let you know they said.. I am going to personally resolve the problem they said.

they can’t give me a refund, can’t tell me where my order is or why i haven’t received it and want me to be patient. quest 4 is almost out. I am officially done.. i don’t want the device and i have given up on getting a refund.

Quest 4 is nowhere near being designed never mind released,maybe the couriers stolen your headset,hope you get it sorted

Unfortunately there seems to be no evidence that specialised teams exist. It's Support-speak for "We are no longer interested in your problem. Go away and wait forever". Keep pushing them.
