I preordered Fnaf help wanted 2 and I waited months for it to come out, only to realize that once it was available it said I had to purchase it. I’ve looked at my card and it still charged me the 40$ so I’m left wondering what went wrong.

First, here is some general information about pre-orders. They are not charged to your payment method until after the game is released. If your payment method cannot cover the cost when the game releases, the pre-order will fail. In such cases, an email will be sent with instructions on how to correct your payment method. If a pre-order is cancelled however, any pending or processing charges will be returned to your payment method. We encourage you to contact your payment provider for any charges still in the pending or processing status.
