My instagram was hacked and the hacker changed the email ans password so I can no longer access my account. I’ve tried to contact Instagram, used the help desk - I did everything but I’m either stuck in a loop on the help desk website or I do not get any answer and help from meta/instagram. My hacked account was made public and I never agreed to that, I don’t want my pictures to be public for everyone to see. I have pictures of myself on Instagram so I could easily verify my identity, or my friends could vouch for me - I just don’t know how to get there. All I neee is for someone to finally listen to me and to finally help me - I just want my account back and for my pictures to be private again.
