Problem during Oculus Setup [Workaround found]

Hey guys.
After Windows reinstall, I faced such a problem. I download Oculus_setup. After the 2nd step (Acceps Terms and conditions), i get "Can't connect" error with the message "Looks like we cant reach the Oculus server. Please check your connection.". So I have fresh OS installed, firewall disabled and no proxies etc. Ofc I have enough space on C: drive.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

1) You need at least 5GB of free space on C:
2) cmd as admin - > run the command: ipconfig /flushdns
3) Disable any AV
4) Restart the PC

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Oculus\OculusSetup.log attach the log as well please. If no log - are you running it as a different user?

So as i've mentioned before I dont have such a folder(C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Oculus\). I'm logged with this user. I think the process doesn't reach the point, where it creates these folders.

Something else to try:
  1. Open the start menu and run regedit
  2. Navigate to HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Oculus VR, LLC\ or KEY LOCAL MACHINE\Software\Oculus VR, LLC\ if you're running 32 bit Window
  3. Right click Oculus VR, LLC, and click Permissions
  4. You should get a dialog about permissions being incorrectly ordered. Click Reorder
  5. Click OK in the other dialog that pops up
  6. Try installing again

I'm on 64 bit windows. But anyways i've tried to search through registry for "Oculus", and there are only several mentions. And all of them were under "Last used application" entry
