Hey guys,
sorry for the english, i'm italian e will try my best on explaining my issue.
I'm unable to subscribe an annual pass for quest+, when trying to buy i got this message
"your request can't be elaborated"
any suggestions?

If a device is not fully activated and linked to a user's Meta account it could possibly cause an issue such as this.
I primarily would suggest going directly to Meta support, so that they may look into your situation more in depth and be able to provide you with all the necessary information and most relevant steps to take next.
You can contact Meta support here.
Hopefully you will be able to fully enjoy the Meta + catalogue as soon as possible!
