Problem reactivating the right joystick from the V68

Hello,
Since the V68, I've had problems reactivating the right stick. If the joystick stays still, it no longer reconnects to the headphones. I have to remove the battery and put it back in to get it to reconnect. But it never lasts very long. As soon as the hand tracking takes over, the right joystick refuses to reconnect.
I've seen on Discord that this is not an uncommon problem. How can I fix it? Do you have a solution?

First off, we'd like to ask a couple questions so we can have a clearer picture of what may be going on. Please answer the following: 

 

  • Has your play area changed recently?
  • Have you tried different play spaces?
  • Has the tracking worked properly before?
  • Are you using third-party accessories or covers with your device?
  • Are you experiencing this issue with both controllers or just the right one?
  • When does this issue occur? Does it happen only in certain games? Does it happen in the Home environment or in menus?
