Hello, I have a problem with the Meta account which I created when I purchased Oculus 3. I registered using my Facebook account, unfortunately I entered the wrong birthdate in the meta account ( 2.2.2022) and my account got blocked. However, my Facebook and Instagram were also blocked. After logging into Facebook, I received a message to log into my Meta account and make an appeal, but I cannot log into the Meta account through Facebook. It's possible that a message was sent to my email, but that email, along with the Facebook account, was created in 2008-2009, and the email provider no longer exists. I am upset about this situation, as I have lost access to both Facebook and Instagram. I have had Facebook since 2008, so it is not possible that I violated community guidelines due to being underage 😄 . I had to create this new account in order to use Oculus 3, but it didn't help in recovering my Facebook and Instagram accounts.
