First of all, I'm trying to get help from support, but official site don't see my Oculus Quest 2 serial number, even i copied it from Meta Quest Link app and from my controlers. But to the main point. I have PC build from this: Motherboard ASRock B450 Pro4 AMD Ryzen 5 5600 Nvidia GeForce RTX3060Ti 32 GB Ram I made my router connection only for 5Hz, so it can't use 2,4 at all. Using Windosw 10 I'm playing VRchat using Steam VR, connected via Air Link on my quests. And here's my problem When I'm alone on map, its working perfecly, I have graphics settings on minimum, I even made that I can't see other avatars, only my friends one's. But today situation is perfect example of what happened. I was with 20 other people, I didn't saw their avatars due my protection settings, and there was ONE of my friend. I wanted to make his avatar be seen by me and when it started to upload, my quests got freezed, after few second I lost connection with computer via Air Link and and in the quests menu I couldn't see my computer in the list to connect, even after a few seconds. I took off my quests 2 and looked at computer. It freezed. I could move my mouse, but all aplications was really slow, like It took 2-3 minutes to even understand I clicked with my mouse. Nothing was working, so I needed to force restart it. After it, computer turn on normally. And it happens again, and again, and again. Sometimes I play for hours and nothing happened, even when there are more friends with their avatars seen by me. 2 weeks ago before I changed my router settings, when this happened, my computer turned off internet connection. So I made it only 5Hz. But now its still happens, but I have internet connections. Using HWMonitor I checked temperatures and it was fine. I have all updates.
