Hello everyone! I have a problem with my Quest 3, more precisely with Quest Link. This problem is high usage of GPU on desktop after starting Quest Link. Because of this problem, i can't comfortably playing any of games. I tried reinstalling app, reseting device, reinstalling GPU driver, reinstalling windows (currently is Windows 11 Pro 24H2), even swapping GPU on RTX 4060Ti 16GB. None of this resolve my problem. Below specification of my PC.
Ryzen 9 5900X
64GB RAM DDR4 3200 MHz
Radeon RX 7900XT 20GB
4TB SSD
I will be thankful for your support!

High GPU usage is typical when using Link. My GPU maxes out when using apps in Link. TBH Virtual Desktop rates my AMD RX 590 as a potato. When I built my PC it wasn't intended to be a gaming/PCVR rig.
You could try tweaking Link performance through the headset graphics preferences in the Link app and through the Oculus Debug Tool.
Search the web and the Meta Community boards for suggested tweaks.
Meta will tell you to update the GPU drivers.
In general nVidia cards are better supported by Meta Link than AMD cards.
Virtual Desktop is less demanding on my GPU than Link but depending on the Game/App it will still max out my GPU and some games are not compatible with VD.
