I am having an issue with my left Oculus Quest 2 controller constantly moving backwards on its own. Moreover, both of my touch controllers seem to be acting erratic and going crazy while I am in VRChat.
This has been causing quite a disruption in my virtual reality experience, making it difficult for me to navigate and interact with others in the game. I have tried troubleshooting by checking the batteries and re-pairing the controllers, but the problem persists. If you have any suggestions or solutions to resolve these controller issues, please let me know. Thank you!

Hey there @xBlakeBellax!
I definitely understand how this could be an issue with your VR experience. Does the controllers only act up and act erratic during VR chat? Or does it occur with other games, applications or just in general in the home environment?
You could try cleaning the controllers to help to possibly fix the possible drifting issues you might be encountering. Here's a link on how to clean your controllers -> Link
You could also try updating the Headset to the latest software version which could address the controller issues.
