I bought a game recently on the store and it's impossible for me to get it refunded even though I played it for less than 2 hours and bought it less than a week ago.
I keep getting the message telling me that the product is not eligible for refund and I couldn't find anything to help me on oculus support.
Has anyone else had/have this problem? If so, what can I do?
