Had my headset for several months working fine.Since last week when I put on my quest 2 its telling me to go to meta device and put in a code that is displayed.When I go to site it then asks me for a business email which I never had..After several attempts I managed to connect with my personal email.I fo have a second email account with meta infiniverse that I made for my GD to have her own account,but this is common and many people have more than one user account.
I have messaged you before and got a reply but when I answered the email came bach as unable to deliver.
I was asked a few questions which I can answer now.I have not reset my headset,I have not uninstalled the occulus app and im not sure where to find the headset serial number.I was able to bypass this issue but it was not easy.Im am elderly and not very technically minded.I do some voluntary work for Innerworld a VR mental health support app and so I don't need to have any problems bring able to connect.
