Problem with payment method

I have problem with payment method. I can't add my card I was writing to support and they said adding a card shouldn't be a problem. and they told me to reply within 5 days but I don't know where to reply. I tried to respond by e-mail, but I don't think I should respond there. I responded with another payment problem report, but they closed the report and I wrote here. I hope someone can help me here because I don't know if I should answer here or somewhere else. I also received a report number 06373454.



I'm not quire sure I understand your problem correctly.
Usually you can just reply to the support response.
