I need help completing a purchase. I can't buy anything with my account. I tried adding my PayPal account, but it didn’t work. I also bought Quest Cash, but that didn’t work either.
What is the problem with my account?

I'm experiencing the same problem as you. Since February 15, 2025, I haven't been able to purchase games using Quest Cash or a credit card. Even when a friend tries to gift me a game, it doesn't work. I also can't buy Quest Cash or send gifts to others. I contacted the support team, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. I saw on the forums that some people encountered this problem as early as January, and after two months, it's still not fixed. It's really frustrating.
