On 24 December I had someone use my devuce referral. I got a mesage to say to claim £46 to hit the button but when I hit it I got an error.
So I took a photo of it and I contacted meta support clearly demonstrating the issue.
Its taken the support team over 2 months to get back to me with a resolution Im not happy with (because Ive had issues redeeming a device referral before they couldnt do anything)
The referral eventually vanished off my app at the end of the year so I couldnt claim it but I already submitted the proof that I couldnt redeem the credit (luckly)
Ive been advised by the agent to come to this forum with a link to post a bug report or feedback.
I didnt really want to make this complaint of the referral system public.
But its the only option the agent gave me to resolve the issue.
Im not sure if anyone seeing this can actually help but its definately stopped me encouraging family and friends from buying a device/using my device referral in the future.
The support ticket number is #07635913 if there is anyone on the support team can do to escalate my issue.
