Problems with pairing Oculus Go with mobile app

Hi, 

I’m trying to pair Oculus Go glasses with my son's phone and I get always get blocked on the Healthy and safety video. It is not running, therefore I can't click continue to finish the pairing. I've tried everything, restart, deleting the account to pair it with my phone instead (it gives an error as its already paired with other device even if I do factory restore). Can someone please help me?

@Dwane.noah  the Oculus go may be more compatible with an older version of the mobile app. The Quest one is having the same issues.

Hi Oculusness, 

What should I do then? I can’t pair it with that phone and I can't pair it with mine as it appears to be already paired 😓🫣. I even deleted my sons account and reset the device, nothing is working.

@Dwane.noah  you need to log out of the current mobile app on your phone, then delete the app on your phone. Search the internet for older versions  of the mobile app and upload them to your phone, then log in to the older phone app and link to your quest Go
