i have my meta quest 2 since a while. But a few days ago the meta quest hadset didn't connect to the phone app anymore. So I decided to reset the headset. But now i can't get over the installation step where I have to pair my phone to my headset, because I always get the message unaible to pair headset. So I decided to contact the support. But on the support website they tell me my account habe to be linked with a device. So I also decided to try a verification of the headset with the Serial Number, but the website tell me the Serial Number is invalid. What can I do?
