Problems with quest 2 and app

So recently I’ve had to factory reset my headset (quest 2) and I want to delete my headset so I can add it once again and get on with the setup but I can’t delete it. I’ve put in the code and it says the device is already connected but the screen inside the headset doesn’t change. I’ve tried deleting it from the website but the headset doesn’t appear. Can anyone help?

I’ve just factory reset my quest but can’t connect it to my phone because it has already been connected. How do I fix this and if you’re going to say the website that doesn’t work.
