Good morning community, I made the mistake of protecting one of my accounts with the cursed Duo mobile app from Cisco. I changed my phone number, and although I activated the application's backup, it never recovered the security codes. I've read that this is very common with that application. My problem is that I contacted Duo and they don't give me a solution. My question to all of you is if there is a place where I can talk to Meta, since all my accounts are linked in the account center, so I can request that they cancel two-step verification since it's easy to verify my identity. Thanks to everyone, and any ideas could help me.
