Profile missing as option on headset

For last two days the profile we use is missing an option when we turned on headset.

the original profile we setup and had issues with at Christmas is there but we haven't used that since Day 3! Couldn't sort the issues with that one at Christmas hence the second profile!

All the games etc are on the other profile but it is not there to select.

we have shutdown and restarted numerous times but it is still not there.

Please help!
