So again a nice 30% off for the next purchase, and again in the store you see the discount, but when you go to the creditcard approval you pay the full price.
When wil this be fixed?

dont bother with oculus support they wont bother to help you, you are literally better going and talking to a brick wall because you will get about the same amount of help
