Promo code won't show on refferals

Hi! I've been having issues trying to claim a referral.

My friend recently sent me a promo code for 15% off BONELAB. But There is no promo code pop up, the only pop-up im getting is this:

Additionally, please keep in mind of the following, since these can also be reasons why you're unable to redeem the referral code:

• Apps pertaining to the Meta Quest+ catalog are not eligible for the app referral program
• Newly released apps may not be eligible for the App Referral program
• Both sender and receiver must be friends on Quest
