I am getting the notification to 'Provide your account details by 13 August, or your account will be suspended.' When I choose 'Continue' and then 'I'm 13 or older' and then 'Use payment method', and then after adding all the data for payment method, it says 'Unable to add payment method. Sorry, we couldn't add your payment method.' I don't want my account suspended; please help.
