I live in thailand and bought the quest 3 here. Controller broken and the friendly guy frpm suppprt wrote me that he can only send it to japan and i should give him an adress in japan. I just checked if it works and talked to my support team. It seems i only live in thailand anf it would cost me around 10000 dollars to move to japan but i also dont have a visa. Any suggestions?
Meta would only be able to receive returns from supported countries. As you live in an unsupported country then they wouldn't be able to process a return from you unfortunately. Sorry for any confusion on this. Hope that clears things up! 🙂
