Hi, My meta quest 2 told me to verify my age, I tried doing so and went to my emails, i saw the message and clicked on "get started" I got my ID ready but when i tried to upload the image, it said "Image must be 1500 x 1000 pixels" If possible I would like a way to fix this or to send the image of it to meta without the pixel requirement thanks, lucy.
You could try cropping the picture and re-trying until it accepts the image, also saving the image as a different file type may reduce the size naturally.

Hello, Sorry for the late response, I was busy with some stuff but, I am currently trying to activate a card for the verification, I have done good progress, I tried using it when it was complete, but it said "something went wrong please try again" Or something like that, there are some other stuff I have to activate, If it still doesnt work and time is running out I will most likely send a PM or try to do the methods in the first reply Thanks for checking in.
