Purchase a game for my Daughter but its not showing up in her library for her to Download it

Purchase a game on the quest meta 2 app for my Daughter put its not showing up in her library as Purchase or to be Download the payment when through  I gat a conformation email  so what's going on

The mobile app has access to 2 different Meta stores: Quest (games that run natively on a Quest) and Rift/PCVR (games that run on a PC with a Rift or a Quest in Link mode).

If the game isn't appearing on the Quest 2, it's possible you were on the Rift/PCVR store. Games bought on there will only appear in the headset when you connect to a gaming PC.

Some games are cross buy. This means buying on one Meta store gives you the version from the other Meta store for free. It isn't automatic, you have to go to the other store and "buy" the game again, but the price will be free when it detects you already own it on another store. Audica, Pistol Whip and Red Matter 2 are like this.

(Beat Saber isn't cross buy)

 

Try going onto the Meta web store at https://www.meta.com/en-gb/experiences/ (logged in with the Quest's account) and search for the game on both "Meta Quest" and "Link PC VR". One should say you own it.

 

Games can't be transferred, but if this was the problem then the easiest solution is to refund the game and buy it on the other store.
