I purchased an $100 Gift Card and my order says delivered but it never reached the desired email. I have talked to customer support to only be told they have no clue how long this issue will last. This is unacceptable to take customers money and we get no product in return.

Mzmystique - I have the same issue. I even asked customer support to cancel the order. But, they told me they can't cancel the order since it was delivered. I reminded them that nothing was delivered, so nothing was or can be claimed. This is exactly why credit card chargebacks exist. It is the only power we have as customers to not pay for something we never receive.

My code finally came though 30 minutes ago. No update from customer support. So, no idea how this got resolved.

Hello meta I bought a £40 gift card 2 hours ago and still haven’t received the code I did click as a gift but then put my email because I wasn’t sure if buying it for myself would work please tell me I can get my code or a refund I’m about to go to sleep but hopefully I will receive it by then if not I will be contacting you
