@Dariomove All you need to do is google meta Quest 3 aw2 promo and you’ll find that this was only good till 30 June 2024. If you bought this after that date then I wouldn’t expect you to qualify for this. Personally I think that Meta should now just give all new Q3 buyers a 50% discount for aw2, or an equivalent Quest store credit. Of course that’s up to Meta to decide what’s best to help sell more Q3 units. It will be interesting to see what promos will be offered with the upcoming Q3s headset.

”Misleading advertising”? Amazon is selling the a meta Quest 3 promising a free game. Enter there and check it for yourself.
Yes I did read it but you didn't say when you atually purchased this. As you requested, I just looked at my local Amazon store and the Q3 no longer mentions anything about getting AW2 free anymore. Nor does the Meta store. Maybe Amazon hadn't updated their listing at the time you bought it, who knows. All promos are the responsibility of the vendor (meta) so I don't know what you can do about this if you bought it outside the promo offer. All you can do is contact Meta support and ask them. If you've already contacted them and started a support ticket, just reply to the email they should have sent you. Sorry, this is a user forum so I can't help you with this mate. Good luck and cheers.
If getting AW2 free was the only reason you bought a Q3, maybe just return it and wait until the Q3s comes out in the very future. Maybe it will come with a promo deal, who knows?

That's because Amazon is selling used Quests 3. Happened to me - I got my Q3 in the box unsealed with someone's account and AW2 activated.
I'd think you'd need to do a factory reset and setup with your account and in that case you'd only get games on that are in your account. Sounds a bit fishy, lol!
