On December 1st I purchased the gorilla tag add on Holiday Fir Pack for my grandson. I have confirmation the purchase went through, yet he can’t access the game. How do I resolve this?

Making sure you're able to enjoy your VR experience to the fullest is a top priority for us, so we'd be glad to lend a hand with figuring out why your grandson hasn't received the Gorilla Tag holiday pack after purchasing it for him. We'd like to let you know that since Gorilla Tag is an in-app content bundle, it's not shareable. Currently, you can only send your friend a gift if it's a single, standalone app or game. App or game bundles and add-ons to existing apps can’t be sent as gifts at this time.
