I have a Quest 1 and I purchased 2 games about 4 days ago and one of them is never finishing the install and the other one stay in the queue indefinitely and I can’t find the ´download´ line up.
I tried cancel the loading but the oculus just straight up ignore me lol.
This is exactly what is happening to me on Quest 2. I've bought a game that seems to have downloaded but I cannot install it. It is stuck and I can't download other games either..
I'm trying to download Pokerstars VR and Battle Talent, but PokerStars just won't download. It says 4.39 GB/ 4.39 GB, and it's been doing that for 4 days now. Battle talent has been on queued for as long as PokerStars has been on download.

At this time, the only solution to resolve this issue is to perform a factory reset. Please ensure that you have the Cloud Backup feature enabled before doing so. This will protect your data that is backed up from being wiped when your device is reset.
