Purchased games disappeared from library

Help getting a refund. 

yesterday I had purchased Bonelab on the oculus rift S. It is no longer on my library list or in my purchased history. When I look the game up through the store it informs me I have purchased it. I’m hoping to get help either getting the game back or getting a refund as I really enjoyed the game but can’t even play it now for no other apparent reason then the headset not working correctly.

Hey there, @Damozilla. Bonelab is a great choice to experience with PCVR, and we'd love to work with you to make sure you're able to continue experiencing it! While a refund can be completed by following the steps found here, we do want to make sure prior that the correct library is being viewed within the PC app to locate your purchase.

Of course, if not seen there, we'd like to gather the following:

  • Screenshots of how your PC store library is appearing.
  • Confirm if you're able to see the game within the mobile app
  • Make sure you're signed in to the correct account on both the mobile and PC app
  • Are any other apps not appearing
  • Make sure the PC and mobile app are fully up-to-date

From there, we'll continue working to get to the bottom of this!
