I was trying to do a side load update but then no command with side led purple I was holding the volume down button and the power button how did I get this it’s weird I was scared and walked away from my headset when I got this error message and asked my friends what was happening with my headset some of them said it was bricked some of them didn’t know please tell me what’s going on??

So the purple LED light means the “no command” error or the sideload update, your headset isn’t bricked
Try doing the debug mode press - and power button for some seconds then reboot normally, it happens most of the time

I have recently fixed it but is it safe for my headset to be factory resetted 2 times because the first time I had to factory reset because of this but two days ago I had to factory reset because I forgot my pin

There is a issue with the PIN codes for me I enter the right pin In but it says incorrect

If the system is saying your PIN is incorrect, follow the steps listed under forgot pin and you should be able to reset it either on your mobile app or the Website.
