Best Buy says they can't accept my return/issue a refund because it's recalled. Meta support agent says they can't accept return/refund because I bought it at Best buy?!!?!
I just got through talking to the best buy manager. He said there's literally no button he can press to accept the @$$!&?& return!! The return window was until Nov 14th, and apparently overnight now NEITHER best buy or Meta is going to accept a return for a freaking RECALL?
