I recently purchased a Quest 3 with 512GB storage, but after two weeks, it's facing startup issues. It remains stuck on the logo screen. I've attempted various solutions including rebooting, force rebooting, and even a factory reset, but to no avail. Occasionally, there's an arrow pointing downwards, followed by the logo continuously animating. Once, I even encountered an image of the Android logo as if it was 'dead', similar to how I felt lying on the floor. Could you please provide some guidance on this issue?

A factory reset is the "nuclear option" so if that doesn't fix it, it'll have to be returned to Meta (or the original supplier if their policy permits it) for replacement.
