Quest 1 Left Controller Keeps Disconnecting

I know there have been quite some posts about this but I still can't find a solution.

I've been a Quest 1 user for quite a while and I totally loved the headset. Now I have a problem with my left controller, after alot of motion it sort of disconnects from the headset. This problem is only on my left controller and always occurs, doesn't matter if it is in front of the camera's or on the side of the headset. Is there any way I could get support like a repair or replacement?

UhOh! We notice that your controller is giving you some trouble. That is definitely not acceptable, if you can, please let us know what kind of headset troubleshooting you have already done. So that we can get the ball rolling and get you back to having fun.

I tried reconnecting the controllers using the Oculus app on my phone. I also cleaned the lenses on the headset. The ring is a little snapped so I figured that might be something causing the issue. I did use different methods to keep the tracking rings together as tight as possible, for if a connector might be loose. Any other methods to suggest?
