I'm currently dealing with issues on my new quest 1, it was new when I got it a few days ago. But charging doesn't work correctly and the LED on the side is behaving weirdly (showing orange LED when not charging making charging sound with no plug, battery refusing to charge unless the quest is completely off.
To me I have had issues like this on older Samsung phones and I was wondering if it could be a similar issue with certain files being corrupted or missing?
It would be very sad the first generation of standalone VR headsets were left with bad firmware making them hard to use.
I believe fixing and preserving this headset is important
I have tried factory resetting it, issue still was there.
