I don’t get on my Quest often but I did create a meta account with Facebook back when I was supposed to and I thought that was all I had to do. Got on for the first time in 2024 and everything is gone.
Hey there @Emcabu. Looks like you are having some issue with your account pulling up all of the information. What headset do you currently own? Have you merged your account into a Meta account or are you still trying to access your account the way you would with an oculus account? We're looking forward to your response.

My headset is a quest 1st edition, I made a meta account with my Facebook log in back a few years and it was working fine up until this summer. I read somewhere I needed a meta account with the same email as my oculus account and then linked Facebook but that still isn’t working.
