Back in 2019, we ordered a full class set of Oculus Quest for our school (26 devices). We're using ManageXR to manage them in a classroom setting if that makes a difference.
The devices have been great and provided much joy to our students. There is one issue that has popped up after Quest 1 is no longer supported, and that is that we constantly get the popup telling us to go to meta.com/device to register the device.
On the Meta Quest app on our phone, it shows all our devices listed, but when we log into the same account in a browser it says that we have no devices connected to our account. It's as if our devices have been trapped in a limbo between actually being registered with my account, and them not being supported. I tried contacting support via the "problem with my device" faq section, but it won't accept the serial numbers as valid, so that's why I'm here...
The popups messes up the access to the app menus, and it makes using the devices unstable in a classroom setting. I;ve gone through them manually 3 times each so far, but it's just not sticking.
Please help! We do NOT have the budget to purchase another 26 devices.. This was already a hard to get purchase to begin with...

We always want to make sure usage of our devices is seamless and we would love to look into this for you. We would love for you to send us a private message, this way we can collect some account information and take a look at your account.
