Quest 1 not recognized by windows 10 pc

I have been trying for the past 30 minutes to connect my quest 1 to quest link but it does not work and every time I try again it does not show any pcs and the oculus app does not say anything

Have you tried another cable? Do you have access to another PC that you could try?

Hey @moreiscore! We were scrolling on by and noticed you posted you are having issues connecting your Quest 1 to the Quest link. We know what a great experience PCVR can be, and would be more than happy to help you out with this! 

So that we may better assist you, could you please answer the following questions:

 

  • When was the last time you were able to use the Quest link with your Quest 1?
  • Has anything changed with your network or PC?
  • Have you tried using a different cable?
  • What troubleshooting steps, if any, have you already tried?
