Hello, I have an Oculus Quest 1 that connects fine to the mobile app, but remains stuck on the security video loop. Here's what I've already tried, without success: Factory reset (6 times, via the recovery menu) Create a new Meta account Let the video play until the end Reconnect to the Meta mobile app The headset connects fine but never gets past this step. I can't access the menu or the home screen. Thank you for your help in resolving this situation. (i am french)
