Hi guys so first off all sorry for my spelling and grammar errors yesterday I bought quest 2 and try everything to make it work connect it with air link i can see desktop name in vr and all its connected but i am still at quest 2 hub cant find anything inside quest 2 tryed launching steamvr from desktop and then i get black screen and 3 white dots then i tryed connecting quest with cable and immediately i get massage in glasses to allow data i tryed click allow and not allow after that got another massage to enable ocolus link when i hit enable i am now in exact same black screen with 3 dots all of my hardware is up to date windows also no update i dont have integrated gpu and dont have second monitor i really dont know any solution tryed everything deleting apps installing again dont work i only have one last option to factory reset ocolus glasses but i think that wont helf either thank you all
Hi @biohazard22.2023 could you tell us the specs of your PC/laptop please?
It's more likely to be the specs of the machine or the Oculus app software, not the Quest 2.
Big PC, all the headsets, now using Quest 3
