Hello. Air link is not connecting. It did yesterday, although sound only. Today, will not pair.
Quest 2, Asus Tuf 15 with 3050 card, connected to router by ethernet, sat next to router with headset.

Morning. I have got it going now, so thanks for those pointers. Hopefully from now on it will link automatically, rather than having to switch everything hard off each time...!

Hello again @me-innit Have you considered restarting the PC, contacting your internet provider or attempting to connect via a different network?

switch it off and on again? Really?
The headset cannot find the computer to pair with. Why is that? It did previously, but only gave audio when paired. How do I pair it?

Please advise on how to reset and repair

@me-innit There is a link here that may offer you some assistance. Otherwise, we'd suggest double checking your internet connections for the source of the issue or trying Quest Link with the link cable instead.

Thanks for the reply and link. Unfortunately, none of that applies. So your solution s to accept that, despite air link working one day and not the next, to give up? Buy a cable and hope that works? Maybe there are some specific questions you might ask that could point towards a solution.

@me-innit Air Link issues can also sometimes be resolved by completely disabling the functionality on the Quest device and re-enabling it. To ensure the process is completed properly, use these steps:
Restart both the Quest and the PC, and re-pair the Quest to the PC following the set-up steps here.
Hard Reboot, Restart PC, Restart Router
If the earlier troubleshooting steps you've tried do not work, reset the whole system required for Air Link to function. Restart their devices, restart the router, then the PC, and finally the Meta Quest in this order.
