My Quest 2 audio jack broke and has stopped connecting to my headphones. This is my refurbished headset that I got about 2 months ago to replace my old headset from meta. I have been using my same headphones "Astro A40s" since I got my 1st headset 2 years ago so I know they work on the Quest 2 normally just fine. I tested some earbuds to just make sure. As well as my A40s on something else to check them and they work just fine. I already tried the whole factory reset thing twice with them plugged in ect. I also tried doing everything through the PC app. At this point I just want to return the headset for another refurbished headset so I can use my headphones again. Should I just open a ticket or message someone on here?
