(Quest 2) Black Screen and No audio when recording.

I've tried to find solutions to this and have not found any. I am a speedrunner of the game Job Simulator. It is very demoralizing to have amazing runs go in the garbage because of the black screen of doom. And even if there is no black screen it sometimes doesn't have audio. Or Both! Please help.

Hello @Person816 If the recommendations from Meta quest support don't work, I recommend a factory reset, this should only be used as a last option and will result in all data in your quest to be lost, you may always download your games you bought as long as you set it up with the same account you are using currently.

Just in case you don't know how to factory reset your headset:

1: fully power off the headset 

2: hold down the power and volume down button until a recovery menu appears 

3: use your volume up and down (+ power button to select) select the factory reset option and press select "yes"
