My Quest 2 is in a constant loop of coming on for about 15 seconds with a non-rotating Meta logo, then black for 3-5 seconds.
The boot screen can be gotten into. However, the loop is reactivated no matter what option is selected. I cannot connect to the headset through my Meta Quest mobile app and it shows "Not Found" in the Device menu with the Headset Settings grayed out. The battery level for the headset shows 11%. Unfortunately, when using the provided charging cable or other USB chargers, it only powers the headset on and the same loop is initiated without the headset being able to charge. Where do I go from here?

Hey there, @RenewedDude!
We recognize that your headset is having a loop issue with a Meta logo popping up, and then a black screen happens after. We understand that this is not the kind of experience you are wanting with your headset. We appreciate your detailed post regarding your issue; we understand how you feel. We want to provide you with some troubleshooting that we hope can fix what is going on.
Please let us know if any of these troubleshooting steps has helped you. We can't wait to hear back from you soon!

Thanks for the reply. There are no third party attachments. I understand that you have to start with the most basic steps first to eliminate operator error. All of your provided steps have been taken. Even after allowing the headset to remain plugged for 24 hours there's no change in symptoms.
In the past we had a similar issue but the Meta logo was rotating and a Factory Reset regained operability. This time, however, the logo is completely frozen when it pops up. The LED indicator stays white the entire time while the logo is showing and goes out when the screen is black. It only turns amber when the Boot Screen is open, but then the loop continues with the Boot Screen showing instead of the Meta logo. The only selection that the headset appears to execute is power of. All others restart the loop sequence. I've also noticed that the battery level remains showing 11% no matter what as well and no sound comes from the headset regardlessof steps taken. It appears that something is inhibiting the headset's ability to boot past the very initial power on.
Please reply with further steps or message with steps to seek a replacement headset.
