Our oculus 2 has been stuck on the spinning Meta symbol , tried the hard reset and it goes through, yet meta symbol is still comes back after rest stuck spinning and beeping again. Where should I go from here?

Hello @Isaiah_20_15! We would love to help you with your Quest 2 being stuck on the Meta symbol. We are sure you can't wait to get this sorted out to start enjoying VR again! We would like to thank you for trying to reboot the device and would like to request that you try a factory reset as well. Performing a Factory reset will wipe all information and data off the device. Some of this data can be restored by enabling Cloud Backups beforehand. However, keep in mind that while Cloud Backup is available to all Meta Quest developers, it's up to developers to decide whether to enable this feature for their app and what data is backed up. You can find which installed apps have Cloud Backups enabled on the Cloud Backups page of your Meta account profile. Once you've set up Cloud Backups, ensure your device is fully charged, then proceed with the directions.

Hello I factory reset my oculus and it still won’t boot past the spinning disappearing logo I have booted it on the screen powered it off and factory reset it after knowing my games will be lost but thinking it would be worth it to have the quest run again but it won’t. What should I do because at this point I’m really mad that I bought this 400 dollar device and can’t use it
