I had a Quest 2 for almost a year. The controller began to drift during play so I took it back to store. They replaced the whole headset including the controllers.
I've spent the past 2 days trying to get this Quest 2 headset to pair with phone and no matter what I do it will not pair. Secondly, I have been through support and all their suggestions nothing has worked. they said this is a known issue and that some users manage to resolve it others have not. Replacing the headset again is their next suggestion however this may not help fix the problem anyway. Please can anyone provide any advice on this? Apparently his problem has been going on for months and still no solution from Meta??
