My oculus quest 2 started making a crackling sound when ever I turned it on it was very feint and stopped after 10mins of playing and then it went away for about 2 weeks, Today I was playing a game and out of no where the crackling popping sound was really loud and I felt it in the headset it's not audio crackling because I turned the volume off and the crackling and popping is still there does anyone have a fix for this? I can't seem to make it stop crackling

Hello. Thanks for your reply.
For now the problem seems solved. During the time it took me to update the firmware and review some settings, 10-15 minutes, the noise started to get interrupted, after a while it came less and less frequent and eventually stopped.
Still strange why it started so I might get back to you if it comes back. To reply to some of your questions:
The issue started the same day I wrote my question and ended later the same day. No signs of it before or after.
No specific happenings/damages.
I so use an external battery pack that I have used for 1-2 months before the issue came.
Thanks for your assistance
