Hi @tomer.koznichki! Thank you for reaching out to us today in regards to this question. On the Elite Strap headset is a button called "Check battery level." Pressing the button once the strap is active will provide different LED-colored battery status.
Low (< 20%): Blinks orange LED 5 times.
Mid (21% - 99%): Solid orange LED for 5 seconds.
Full (>99%): Solid green LED for 5 seconds.
For safety reasons, the Elite Strap with Battery has to verify the headset is not on your head in order to fully charge to 100%, and it can only do this if it's plugged into your headset. To fully charge the Elite Strap with Battery, ensure it is plugged into your Quest 3, not on your head, and connected to a power adapter that is 18W or higher.
